Maison broderie is a company based in Avignon (84) specialized in the sale of industrial embroidery equipment and accessories.

We have a showroom in Avignon which allows us to welcome on appointment to test our industrial embroidery machines. All our embroidery machines are adjusted and tested in Avignon before being shipped.

What is the brand of your embroiderers?

We work with the manufacturer Baima Electronic – BAI to ensure the distribution of a part of their catalog on the French and European market. We distribute essentially the equipment that we have tested and adjusted to meet the requirements of the European market. A production and stock line is dedicated to us allowing us to have a regular supply every week.

We provide assistance, training and after-sales warranty only on equipment purchased from Maison Broderie.

Why is your price so attractive?
We work in collaboration with our manufacturer. We are not a reseller. Our production line is shared with our manufacturer’s production for the American market. The quantities realized allow us to have an attractive factory price for a professional and recognized quality. Also, we ensure the import of our embroidery machines with important quantities and regularly benefiting from advantageous rates.
How to book a demonstration?

To book a demonstration at our showroom in Avignon or remotely, you must click in the menu on “demonstration” then make your choice. Several slots will be proposed.

We generally reserve Saturdays for demonstrations and training.

Is there any training for the purchase?

Since a large part of our clientele is industrial, training is not necessary for all of our customers. This is why we have chosen to offer two optional training courses. The first training: complete, allows to have the bases on the technique of the embroidery and the use of our embroidery machines. The second training: premium, allows to have a more advanced use and we explain the basics of the embroidery software Hatch of Wilcom.

To reserve a training session, go to the “training” tab.

The training is only reserved for our customers.

What is the maximum embroidery speed and size?

The maximum embroidery speed is 1000 rpm.

The maximum embroidery size for our single head embroidery machine is 50*35cm

The maximum embroidery size for our multi-head embroidery machines is 40*45cm

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, payment in installments up to 8 times is possible and free of charge.

Is the installation of my embroidery machine included in the price?
No, the home delivery is charged at 160€ HT and does not correspond to an installation. The carrier will simply unload the embroidery machine at home or on the first floor. The start-up of your embroidery machine is explained in a 5 minutes video. If you would like an installation/commissioning of your embroidery machine at your home, please contact us at contact@maisonbroderie.com. We will then be able to provide you with a quote for this service.
Do you service your embroiderers?

Yes, two technicians are at your disposal to answer your requests for assistance or troubleshooting.

What is the premium space?

The Premium Area is a comprehensive list of tips on our industrial embroidery machines. You will also find videos, URL links to consumables, embroidery files and other documents.

The Premium Area is only accessible by our customers.

Is any software included with the purchase?
No, there is no embroidery software is not included in the purchase.
What software do you recommend?

We recommend the Hatch software from Wilcom Composer or Digitizer at a price of about 450€ and 900€ respectively.

Which format is compatible with your embroiderers?
.DST and .DSB format. We recommend working with the .DST format.
How to save in .DST?

On all embroidery software, you have the possibility to save your designs in .DST format.

You can search for the .DST format by clicking on “save as” or “export”.

How to automatically transform an image file on software?

On Wilcom’s Hatch, simply import your image in .PNG or .JPEG format and then press the “Auto Scan” button which will transform your file into embroidery stitches.

You can then modify the color, size, thickness and order of the layers if you wish and save in .DST format.

Do the online .DST converters work?
No, there is no online converter to generate a .DST embroidery file that works on embroidery machines.
How do I pay for my order?

You must then add to the cart and access your cart. The payment is done at the last step of your order.

The payment of your order can be done by credit card, payment by instalments by credit card or by bank transfer.

Is it possible to pay by bank transfer?
Yes, you can pay your order by bank transfer. Just choose this method of payment when you finalize your order and follow the instructions.
How can I pay for my order in installments?

At the time of payment, you must choose the option to pay in installments.

You will then be able to complete a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will then come back to you to complete your payment schedule and payment contract.

Is there a fee for paying in installments?
No, there is no charge for paying in installments.
I want to cancel my order, how do I get my money back?

To be refunded for your order, you must send a cancellation request to contact@maisonbroderie.com with your order number and your invoice.

Fees may apply in the case of payment by credit card, payment by instalments. Also, shipping costs are charged if the shipment has already been made. You will find the details of these fees in our general sales conditions.

Can I get home delivery?
Yes, we offer home delivery by FedEx or TNT carrier. The carrier is responsible for unloading the pallet at your address in front of your home or on the first floor.
Is it possible to come and pick up your embroidery machine?
Yes, you can choose local pickup (Avignon – 84) as a delivery method.
Which countries are eligible for shipping?
We can ship to all countries in the European Union. For shipping outside the European Union, please contact us.

Are other brands' accessories compatible?
The vast majority of other brands’ accessories are compatible with our embroidery machines. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubt.
Do you sell magnetic frames?
We sell a set of 8 magnetic frames. We recommend to buy the large size magnetic frames directly from the internet. You should make sure that they are compatible with Tajima brand before purchasing. Our frame arm structure is similar to Tajima’s.
How to buy accessories?
To purchase our accessories, you must click on “Accessories” on the menu of our site.
What is the guarantee?
One year commercial warranty. Do not hesitate to consult our general sales conditions to know the details of our commercial guarantee.
Do you have spare parts in stock?
Working in collaboration with our manufacturer, we have many parts in stock. In the case of a part that we don’t have in stock, we usually receive the part from our manufacturer within 8-15 working days.
If I have a breakdown after the warranty, what should I do?
We invite you to contact us to get the part at factory price. Then, we will send you an estimate for the labor. You can also have another technician perform the replacement of the failed part if you wish.
