Our embroidery machines are tested and adjusted before shipment. We carry out various adjustments, in particular the tension adjustment, so that our customers can use their embroidery machine as soon as they receive it. The tension test file is available on the USB key of the user manual. We also leave the threading to you so that you can make a knot with your bobbin and pull the thread up to the needle, a precious time saver at the reception.
